Only product originally shipped by ICkey to you is eligible for return. By returning product to ICkey, you confirm that you acquired the product from ICkey.
Users must ensure that all orders are correct before submitting for processing: users cannot cancel their orders, change products or change quantities after orders have been confirmed. ICkey is not responsible for the problem caused by customer. Only when ICkey has confirmed that there is a deficiency in quantity, wrong merchandise received or apparent defect (broken, rust, etc.) on products delivered from ICkey, the product can be returned.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from ICkey:
• You have 10 days to apply for Return Service from the date you received it.
• Please click AFTER SALES and fill the information on My Order page. Invoice number, images and a description of defects shall be provided. The customer service representative will offer you an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number after confirmation. Please kindly note that Products returned without RMA # will not be accepted.
• Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with products, undamaged label, packing filler and original packages that were included when you received it.
ICkey will advise the customer on how to send the product and provide the delivery address when your return application is accepted.
Although ICkey is responsible for the shipping charge, the shipping charges will not be covered by ICkey if the product is not sent via the method ICkey specifies.
Warranty related return procedures will be determined by the manufacturer’s warranty policy for the applicable product. Please contact your ICkey Customer Service Representative for details.
