1. Registration

1.1 Register

You can visit our websiite without an ICkey account, but you shall register as a member to place an order or request a quotation for the product. Click the membership registration link displayed on the homepage to create an account. Your e-mail address is required for membership registration. For your account security, please do not share your e-mail address with others.

1.2 Forgot password

Your email address is served as your user ID. If you forget your email address, you have to register another account. You can sign in with the e-mail address and password. If you have trouble when sign in, click "Forget Password?" which displayed on the login page. To protect the personal information of customers, we will send you an email containing a link to ickey.com change password page.

2. Search

2.1 Search (exact match & partial match)

Search box is on the top of our home page. You can enter the manufacturer’s part number, category or keywords in the search box to execute a search. According to your searched words, you will get the exact match item and the partial match items; also you can check price comparison in search result page.

ICkey has launched ICkey Resources service since May 2016. Now you can not only get the products from worldwide well known suppliers, also the high quality Chinese products at competitive price.

Search on the home page, you can browse the products from global suppliers and Chinese manufacturers.

2.2 Price comparison

ICkey offers price comparison service. On the search results page, from the left hand navigation column, you can filter the search results, "Supplier" or "Manufacturer" sorting option. This function can make you purchase faster.

2.3 Add to My Favorites

My Favorites is a function that organizes the products you frequently order on a manufacturer's part number basis. You can add the products to My Favorites on the shopping cart and product details page.

2.4 RFQ

ICkey values the opportunity to provide you with a quotation. We have several rules to ensure the quality and efficiency of our service. Please make sure that your quote satisfies the following conditions:

• Order amount is more than USD700.00

• Receive the quotation results within two working days is accepted

• The quotation is valid for three days

You also can inquiry the products from Top Chinese brands. Please note that provide detailed specification of products will help you get an accurate quotation.

2.5 Price

Prices are subject to change at any time. All prices are in U.S. Dollars, and all payments to or from ICkey shall be made in U.S. Dollars. Prices do not include shipping cost, export and/or import licensing of the products, or payment of duties, tariffs, or other similar charges, all of which shall be the responsibility of Buyer and shall be paid directly by Buyer or charged to Buyer by ICkey. Prices do not include taxes or charges imposed by any taxing authority upon the manufacture, sale, shipment, storage, "value add," or use of the products, which charges and taxes shall also be the responsibility of Buyer. ICkey may withhold taxes and charges as required by law. Any sales tax assessed on a sale and paid by ICkey will be charged to Buyer.

3. Order

How to place an order

A. Search -> Select product -> Add to shopping cart -> Complete order -> Get the order confirmation mail -> Pay -> ICkey confirm the payment -> Shipping -> Get shipment notice email -> Deliver.

B. Issue an RFQ -> Get the quotation -> Add to shopping cart -> Complete order -> Get the order confirmation mail -> Pay -> ICkey confirm the payment -> Shipping -> Get shipment notice email -> Deliver.

After you submit an order, we may check your method of payment, shipping address and/or tax exempt identification number, if any, before confirming your order. Please indicate your requests regarding this order or shipment when book order online. ICkey only purchase the items after receiving the payment. ICkey’s product information is provided by the supplier. Therefore, when ICkey place the purchase order, the price increasing or quantity shortage may happen. ICkey will inform you and make our best effort to solve it. The lead time is estimated in working days. ICkey lead time is estimate only and subject to ICkey's timely receipt of supplies. ICkey is not liable for delays in delivery, for partial or early deliveries. ICkey Customer Service Representative may contact you and update the delivery timely. Customer may not cancel any other Orders based on delayed delivery of any part of an Order.

4. Payment

ICkey offers 4 payment methods: ICkey Wallet, PayPal, credit card and T/T in advance (bank transfer). If you select TT in advance (bank transfer) as the payment method, please note that order is confirmed until receiving the payment. The customer is responsible for payment of the bank transfer fee. If the items are in urgent need, please select ICkey Wallet or PayPal option that enables the product to be shipped on the scheduled ship date. Please note for order over $1,000, the customer shall pay the PayPal service fee 5% of grand total.

For your convenience, we will suggest you to use ICkey Wallet service. You can recharge the money to your ICkey Wallet in order to pay all online orders easier. Pay via ICkey Wallet can cut down the order processing time and it can keep your over-paid order balance, also save extra transfer fee.

5. Shipping

ICkey offers different kinds of shipping methods: FedEx, DHL, your own logistic company. Once you select the shipping region, a total shipping cost will be estimated in your Shopping Cart. This cost will be added to the final invoice. You may also provide your own freight account number when checkout. However, before shipment, ICkey will check the total size and weight of your purchase, the delivery address and shipping option you selected. If the shipping cost is less than the estimated one, we will refund you the extra cost or you can recharge to your ICkey Wallet for next order. If the shipping cost is more than the estimated one, ICkey Customer Service Representative will contact you to pay the balance. ICkey can support pick up. Please contact ICkey Customer Service Representative to get authorized letter before pick up. Customers electing to pick up are responsible for providing a safe and adequate vehicle for transportation and assume full responsibility for pick up and transportation of parcels.

6. Return

Customer may return Products to ICkey only with a return material authorization ("RMA") number issued by ICkey. Customer must notify ICkey about the detailed information about any damage to the outer packaging or the Products, shortage, or other discrepancy ("Visual Defect") within 10 days after receipt of the products; otherwise, Customer is deemed to accept the Products and may not revoke acceptance. RMAs will be issued only for Visual Defects caused by ICkey or the original manufacturer. RMAs will not be granted for damage, shortage, or other discrepancy created by Customer, the carrier or freight provider, or any other third party. Product return pursuant to a warranty requires written notice from Customer to ICkey within the warranty period, detailing the Product defect. Customer must return the Products to ICkey in original manufacturer's shipping cartons with freight prepaid or equivalent, along with acceptable proof of purchase, within the warranty period and as specified in the RMA. At ICkey's discretion, ICkey will return all Products which are not eligible for return to Customer, with freight collect, or hold Product for Customer's account at Customer's expense.
